Getting our start with popular single serve coffee manufacturing equipment, over the years we have found innovative ways to combine rigid plastics and flexible films. Cup filling
Starting in single serve coffee K-Cups, we have developed scale-able equipment which allows for a variety of rigid cupping applications. Whether beverages or snacks PAKteK filling equipment can index and fill a variety of products, cups, shapes and lid materials.
Hybrid Plastics Technology
Combinations of injection molded parts and screening materials, we have set out to develop multi-step manufacturing processes and equipment to bring new products to the market. Using form, fill, and seal principles along with a variety of plastic parts and fill materials, we have fond ways to encapsulate fill materials as a single piece. This technique allows for the rigidity of the solid injection molded parts along with the free flow and flexible nature of advanced screening materials to provide eloquent products and enhance user experiences over traditional flexible only designs.
POD Technology
With a huge push into single serve portions and single use products, we have seen a renaissance in paper POD technology. Combining proven manufacturing techniques, some new materials, and a passion for scale-able solutions we are happy to help develop cutting edge POD Products for new and emerging sectors of technology.

Thermal forming TECHNOLOGY
Through acquisition of a tool and die maker, we are in development of inline integration of automated Thermal Forming of rigid plastics. We also provide assistance for companies with existing thermal forming lines looking to get new tooling made or modify existing tooling.
Contract Manufacturing
Looking at the costs to purchase and tool an entire manufacturing facility can be staggering. Integration of various pieces of equipment is often left to the purchaser. We work with growing companies to prove out a new production line at scale using our existing equipment augmented with minimal investment in specialized tooling. You provide the raw materials, we provide the expertise, overhead and labor to deliver finished goods to our customers. Because we also integrate and build equipment once a winning combination is developed, we offer avenues to purchase a turnkey line after working out the bugs.
